Greetings from Flower Mound. I am Shaun. I’m back working out after giving it up for years. I married in January to my Girlfriend of 4 years. I'm very interested in self improvement and have worked hard the last three years to lose weight. I am extremely shy and introverted but working to be more outgoing.
